"Though I have yet to work with Jake from State Farm, I have had the pleasure of recently working with Liz Miller in our switch from our prior insurance company. This was a big deal for us since we had been using them for many years, but we felt they were losing the personal touch. Liz was very professional (and patient) in dealing with us. Since we had not really looked at our homeowners policy that closely in awhile, we had numerous questions and points of clarification needed for the replacement aspect of the policy. When it was all said and done, we made the decision to switch not only since the cost was cheaper, but thanks to the her hand holding through this process."

"Amazing Feels more like a friendly neighborhood store front than an insurance company. Absolutely great coverages and many different types of insurance don't get me wrong,They have every type of insurance you can think of, it's just that they handle it all in a friendly and efficient manner. I have several different insurance policies virtually all of my personal and business insurances as well as personal and company auto and truck policies with them and have for many years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Vanessa is great and always helpful. Liz is always super accommodating and very pleasant. I call I get an actual person who knows me and is familiar with my policies and needs. Best place to do business with a professional friendly caring customer service. Great relationship that treats you like family."
